Refund Policy

Unfortunately as we are a fundraising company for a Non-Profit and your purchase is regarded as a donation our refunds are limited.

To be eligible for a refund, your item was not received within 30 days from purchase or received damaged and unusable. Should you make a mistake and select the wrong size unfortunately that is not a valid reason for refund and we encourage you to donate!

To request a refund, you can contact us atย imotivatefoundation@gmail.com. If your refund is eligible you may choose between immediate store credit or refund to your purchase payment method within 10-14 days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may proceed to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to submit your claim with the necessary information and once the refund is approved, your store credit is applied for you to re-purchase your item or buy another.

Refunds

We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your claim and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
